Terms of service

1. The service

CYNTMS lets a company manage bookings, partners, fleet, finance and documents, and gives its partners and customers their own portal. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. The company owner is responsible for the users it adds and for what they do in the account.

3. Plans and payment

Every company starts with a free trial. After it, a paid plan is billed in advance at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, yearly or monthly as you choose. Enterprise, setup, customization and hosting on your own servers are agreed in a written quote. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time and ask us to erase it when you close the company, subject to what the law obliges us or you to keep. We handle it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, try to reach another company's data, probe or overload the service, or resell access without our agreement. Plan limits and API limits apply.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance in advance. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted unless a written agreement says so.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Ending

You can close your company at any time. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment or serious misuse, telling you why where we can.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will publish the new text here with its date; if a change is significant we will tell account owners. They are governed by the law of the country where the CYNTMS platform operator is established.
